Sales Process Map
We work with our clients to develop a map that shows the sales process from start to finish.
This process is generally conducted after members of the sales and management teams have been interviewed as part of the Sales Exploration Process. We often discover that members of the sales team are using different systems and methods, impeding their efficiency and reducing the accuracy of reports.
We work with salespeople and sales managers to develop an improved sales process, then create a detailed Sales Process Map to visually reflect the process. We can also work with the team to ensure the CRM system properly supports the sales process.
The final Sales Process Map is a concise graphical representation of your sales process which is stored online in your Sales PlayBook.
