Maintaining Data Integrity

It is essential that our CRM system contain accurate data. We use the system for mass mailings, including newsletters and holiday cards.

On a regular basis, look at your current clients' data.  Make sure personnel changes have been accurately reflected and contact information is up to date.

If a person is no longer with a firm, move the contact record to our specified account.  Delete their outdated contact information.  Make an effort to obtain their current contact information.
