Prospecting Action Plan

We recommend that salespeople develop Prospecting Action Plans - we help our clients put theirs together.

Your Prospecting Action Plan consistes of the following:

  • Targeting who you wish to reach.
  • Identifying methods to connect to your targets.
  • Determining the best way to communicate with your targets.  i.e. through social media, email, and in person.
  • Tracking this activity.  i.e. via your in-house CRM.
